About the Farm

It all started ten years ago with a surprise birthday gift of two adorable baby goats! And what an adventure it has been - and we love it! At our farm, we focus on sustainability, quality, and community. We provide homemade goodies like pies, muffins, biscuits, artisan breads,

whoopie pies, cookies and other treats, baked right here on the farm! We also brew fresh coffee and have cold drinks in the cooler. You can find our handmade goats’ milk soaps, fresh eggs, herbs, vegetables, and flowers. Stop by our farm shop, get yourself some amazing food, and take a peek at our beloved animals!

Andrea is an experienced educator, and a local Mainer with her family among the first settlers of Camden Maine. She spent her childhood growing up in Camden with her mother who valued hard work and homemade food. She recalls seeing her mother in one of two places, the garden or the kitchen. Her mother grew their own food and baked to earn extra money for Christmas. There was a value placed on being self-sufficient and helping others. These are the experiences and values that Andrea brings to the farm. She enjoys running, loves Dalmatians, loves goats, and of course - good food! Andrea enjoys tending the fruit and vegetable gardens on the farm as well as helping care for baby goats when they are born. She loves to bake pies just like her mom did.

Rob is a retired science teacher with a background in biology, chemistry, botany and environmental education. The farm provides an outlet for these interests. He spends most of his days tending our herd of Nigerian Dwarf goats, our flock of chickens, large gardens and beautiful pastures. Rob enjoys making soap from the milk from our goats and will soon be making artisan cheeses as well. Sustainability has been the focus of Rob’s teaching and his life’s work. He is committed to managing the wildlife, wetland and forest on this 100 acre farm that has been used for agriculture for nearly two centuries. Rob is passionate about carrying on this tradition.

Jack is a certified welder, amateur blacksmith and designer. He is also a local Mainer, and takes pride in his home state. Jack creates garden art and other beautiful hand forged designs that you can find for sale in the shop. He likes to use recycled materials he finds from local junk yards to repurpose this “junk” into beautiful things. On top of this, he helps repair our tools and equipment as needed. Jack enjoys tending the corn and potato gardens. Jack is passionate about all things medieval, and his dog Timmy. Jack is committed to helping adults with Autism. He donates 3% of his profits from the sale of his work to the Autism Society of Maine.

Becky is an experienced business owner and beloved sister to Andrea. You will find her in the shop several days a week. She enjoys Christmas and family, the beach and world travel. She brings her enthusiasm and her experience to the farm.

We believe in community and helping one another. Jack donates 3% of the profits from his metal works to the Autism Society of Maine.
